Bermondsey, a stones throw from London Bridge and the silver suits of the city. Bermondsey sat derelict for several decades, until renovated in the 1980s. Now it’s a lively part of town, with a trendy vibe, coffee houses, with hidden council estates in the shadow of The Shard, a reminder to it’s troubled past.
